Meet Mandi

Principal Consultant

Mandi is the Marketing Strategist and Managing Director at Unified Marketing. She has a strong reputation for building brands, both big and small, coupled with over ten years experience in the marketing, consultancy, and events space. Having worked in the sports marketing, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), professional services, agricultural and tourism industries, Mandi brings a wealth of knowledge to her work and the organisations she partners with.

Mandi’s professional marketing career kicked off at a multi-award winning agency based in Melbourne, where she quickly became the Marketing Manager. Working alongside industry leaders, Mandi managed high profile accounts for some of Australia’s leading companies. After the birth of her son, Mandi returned to her hometown of Mildura and founded Unified Marketing, her own strategic marketing and events firm.

From a young girl Mandi admired her father’s entrepreneurial mindset and watched in awe as he successfully went through take overs, start ups and continues to run retail businesses, employing hundreds of locals in the Mildura region. Now, Mandi follows in her father’s footsteps, having already established multiple successful businesses she is deeply passionate about and supporting the people that run them.

Unified Marketing combines Mandi’s passion with purpose, taking on a strategic marketing, experiential marketing and advisory focus. We work with clients, from small to large scale operations that are in need of strong strategic direction, events coordination or dream of large scale growth.

As part of her role with the Australian Small Business Advisory Service Program (ASBAS), Mandi continues to provide coaching and mentoring for small to medium sized businesses throughout Victoria. In this space, she works 1 on 1 with business owners from a variety of backgrounds and industries to grow their brands in the digital world. 

When she’s not in the office, you’ll find Mandi juggling her time with her blended family of six (all boys), exploring the outback, soaking up the sun and enjoying all that life on the Murray has to offer.
